The Biscay Dolphin Research Programme is a charity run entirely by volunteers and funded largely by donations from the public. There are several ways in which you can contribute to funding our valuable work...
Make
a Regular Contribution
If our vital work is going to expand we must achieve more secure funding so that we can plan ahead. Regular donations, no matter how small, really do make a difference.

Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer, then please complete the details and
tick the gift aid box. By ticking this declaration we can reclaim the
tax from all your contributions until you cancel your declaration. This
will enable us to claim back 25p for every pound you contribute to our
work, at no cost to yourself.

We also offer Whale, Dolphin and Marine Wildlife Watching tours in the Bay of Biscay and around the world. These include our popular Whale & Dolphin Themed Cruises on the Pride of Bilbao and many trips available for this year.

Mobile Phone Recycling
Make money for you and Marinelife/Biscay Dolphin Research Programme by selling your old mobile phone
We have teamed up with enviroCharities, a scheme dedicated to helping
you as a supporter make money for your old mobile and support Marinelife/Biscay
Dolphin Research Programme at the same time. The process is really simple,
it works by you selling your old mobile phone(s) for anything up to £180
on our website (www.marinelife-bdrp.envirocharities.com)
and for each sale you make, enviroCharities will automatically make a
donation of £3.00 to Marinelife/Biscay Dolphin Research Programme. You
will always receive the value of your phone as listed on the website,
but if you are feeling generous you can also donate a percentage value
of your mobile phone to Marinelife/Biscay Dolphin Research Programme.
Donations can be made in increments of 10% up to 100%.

Merchandise
We currently offer a range of BDRP and Whale and Dolphin related merchandise from which the profits help to support our work. These can be viewed and purchased in the Shop section. Our selection includes, polo shirts, sweat shirts, caps, bags, a video/DVD with excellent footage filmed in the Bay of Biscay, photographs, mousemats, fluffy dolphins and more...
Onboard the Pride of Bilbao
Donations can also be made following the Wildlife Liaison Officer presentations onboard the Pride of Bilbao. There is also the opportunity to purchase BDRP merchandise, from which the profits also contribute to funding our work.
All proceeds will go straight to BDRP to enable us to continue our work conserving the whales and dolphins of the Bay of Biscay, scientific investigation and educational activities.
