At the Port of Hull, we boarded a couple of hours before heading to Zeebrugge and received a lovely welcome from all the staff. We managed to grab some refreshments and headed up to the Bridge in good time to catch the last views of Spurn Point.
View from Bridge (Vince Green)
We observed mainly Herring Gull, and a mixture of Kittiwake of various ages throughout the journey. The weather on the return journey was fantastic with an ideal sea state for spotting Porpoise and Seal, all very exciting!
Sunset (Vince Green)
This has been one of my favourite crossings with plenty to see. Pete and I enjoyed the trip and want to thank Captain Kanneworff and all the crew for their hospitality.
